She’s just laying there.

Hi all, so I have one of my girls who is has been laying in her nesting box and won’t come out. I checked underneath her and there is no egg. Has anyone had this issue? Please advise.

I would separate her from the flock, and put her somewhere cool. Then check for egg binding.

What is she doing, if anything, other than lying there? Is she puffed up? Does she hiss at you? Does she look pale? Panting? etc. She could be sick or she could be broody or something else might be going on, but can't tell without more information.
