she won't use one of her legs? Eggbound??

But I felt around and I don't see anything, no swelling, do they usually heal, or once they get hurt somehow, is it the end of the road? She won't come out of the coop, but she did lay an egg yesterday. I feel so bad, I just don't know what to do. Anybody, advice? They don't limp if they are egg bound do they?? j

More likely she has injured her leg somehow. You might try resting her by confining her in a darkened place thatt's small enough that she can't move much. Check her legs and ffet and hips closely, if you haven't already. Let us know if anything changes or you find anything.
