Shelter Silkies Roos or???

Hi friends!
My local shelter has these three adorable silkies that their “owner” surrendered. Any thoughts on whether they are Roos? I’d love to add some silkies but can’t add three roosters! I feel so bad for them and would love to help them. Not the best pics but I hope someone here can give me some guidance. Considering they were surrendered makes me think males.. poor guys… thoughts?
