I have an Easter Egger who started going broody a little over a week ago. But she must have been getting off of her nest to allow the other hens to lay eggs in it, since there where alot of brown eggs in her nest.
I have been taking the eggs away from her everyday. Much to her dismay. But now she is sitting on the empty nest and not laying any eggs at all.
How do I break her brood? She is normally one of my best egg layers and my only blue/green egg layer.
