My corn snake, Chester, has been gravid foreverrrrr.... She's taken longer than usual to lay them, and I KNEW it would be today or tomorrow since we'll be camping! Dang snake. So now I get to spend the weekend worrying over my snake [IMG] . Please pray the little girl does fine through it all. So far I can see 6 fertile eggs, here's hopin' they all are! [IMG]

Roddy, fertile snake eggs are white, dull and plump. Infertile are yellow and slimey. It's not always 100%, but I could also see a red spot on them as they were laid, and with my bearded dragon eggs, that always meant they were fertile. When I get home from camping I'll candle them. She's laid 19 and has one to go!!!

*Ponders to self* Why can't chickens be "insta-fertile signal equipped?"
