She made a loud nois today and we are afraid it was a crow attempt. About 4 months old.

4 months with that much red I would say you have a rooster. Also look at those thick legs!

Nice looking Dominicker cockerel you've got there. Unless my eyes are ailing me, which they are at my age but I digress, it looks like a nice rose comb that is decidedly male form. Not to mention the fine neck feathers.
