Shipped Chick has Belly button issue

I picked up chicks this morning from the post office. All look great except this one has a hard ball that looks to be in the belly button area. It is below the vent. I have not done anything to aide it. What is it? What should I do?

How is your chick?

The navel has scabbed over, so I would leave it alone. The scab should eventually fall off.
Is she eating/drinking and pooping o.k.?
