shipped eggs!

ok... I have ordered some eggs to hatch in my incubator and just now got them(my first batch ever).... i read that i should wait 12-24 hours before i put them in my incubator. can anyone tell me the process i need to follow so I do this right!

Put them in a cartons pointy end down for 12 to 24 hours b4 u set them. Suppossedly this allows the membrane and air sac to repair itself and allows them to slowly come up to room temp. I always do this and tend to have decent hatches for shipped eggs

Do I put them in a warm area or keep them at room temp? they are cold now.

Room temp til u set them. I put mine in a cabinet so they dont get diturbed by my 2 cats
