The post about having an aviary setback 10' from a property line and 20' from a house misreads the law. He law says non domesticated fow must adhere to this restriction. Domesticated fowl have no such restriction. Please adjust the post ASAP as it is misleading and may prevent people from owning chickens who should own chickens. The legal language is very straightforward in my read of it.
