Should I euthanize?

I have a 6 week old chick that was pecked by the others so bad it's skull is showing. Is it possible for it to survive? it is in a box on my counter now, I put some neosporin on its head. It looks miserable,It is standing all fluffed up with its eyes closed.

I have a five month old hen that was pecked really badly I doctored her up like I would a cut on myself and she's healing very well and it was right down to her skull

Yes, it is possible for the chick to survive, it happens quite a lot.
Just keep the bird separated from the others, as they will pick at it.
And keep the wound clean and covered in the Neo.

Just never loose faith, I wouldn't euthenize unless its suffering
