Should I line my incubator???

This is my first hatch and lock down starts tomorrow! I'm using a Genesis 1588. I saw a post a while back where someone put little holders (I think made out of paper towels) in their incubator for the chicks to hatch in. Is that necessary? Seems like it would help with clean up but I'm not sure if it would be a good idea or not. Any thoughts on that?

I use a hoverbator but I just hatch them on the tray I don't see why they need a holder to be honest

Oh and it may stop some heat getting to the chicks when they need it most

Thanks. I was thinking the same thing but since this is my first hatch I wanted to get another opinion.
