Should I move my duckling to the brooder???

So my duckling hatched around 8 o'clock this morning, and has started to dry slightly but I've noticed its starting to use the grid pattern on the floor of my incubator (I'm using a little giant still air incubator) to move around. I dont know if I should take them out or leave them in there, its also hitting the other eggs that are internally pipped and nearly sending them across the incubator please help

Put it in the brooder. Make sure it stays warm. Good luck

Definitely put it in the brooder! You don't want it to harm the other ducklings who have no way to even see what is going on from inside their eggs.
