I had a chick hatch 36 hours before the next one who literally just hatched about three minutes ago. Dry chick is very excited and has already brought wet, soggy sibling over to the corner where I peek in the incubator. It was really cute. Almost like he was going, “so this is where mom checks on us.” He's been alone until now, but he’s completely dry and I don’t want him to unintentionally hurt the others while they rest and recuperate.

Wouldn't hurt to move it to the brooder, it could probably use some some water after 36 hours in the incubator, especially if it has a fan in it. The new chick should be dry in a few hours so you can move it into the brooder to keep the first one company.
