should I worry?

my old hen Cleo has a bump in the corner of her left eye I just noticed it a month ago but now I am thinking about it more and am worrying a little

the other eye doesn’t have a bump
I don’t know how long she has had it but I think it’s getting slightly bigger
Does anyone know what this could be?

It might be a cyst. How does it feel—firm or squishy? Is there a mark on it? Does she have any signs of a sinus infection?
