Should i wrap my duckling's injury?

Yesterday my older duckling (she's half feathered out) was outside with her sinking and our slightly younger ducklings were outside in the pen. When we went to bring them in for the day I noticed she had a pecking injury, that was also skinned around the edges. We treated it with bluekote so you won't be able to really see it in a pic. The injury is toward the end of her wing. My question is, being as dirty as ducks get, should it be wrapped???

I think that wrapping will bother more than help. I'd keep the duckling in a clean environment even if that necessitated housing her away from the major flock with one companion.

Tried separating. Her companion threw up a holy fuss about it XD
