I turned on my heat light today to see if it worked and it smelled like it was burning. Is it safe? I cleaned the dust off of it, but it still seems to be smelling.

Well...we live in Tennessee so you never know what the weather is going to be like. Tomorrow is the day I get the ducks, and it's going to be a little chilly. I will have pekin and buff ducks.

Depending on the smell your talking about?..It's normal when turning on a heat lamp that was dusty to smell till it heats right up..
