I would love to see pics of the fluffball chickens called cochins!
I would too. I have 2 partridge cochin chicks from Ideal, and would like to see what they would look like grown up..
Here she is, at 3 or 4 days old..
Here are a few of mine:
I have bantam and standard but my standards are hatchery stock. My bantams were show stock.
That is father and daughter above and below is one of my hatchery hens. They make great broodies!
Lets keep getting pics, I still havent seen those partridge cochins!
I think if I get chicks next year I will get a few blue cochins, The blue ones posted by both people are beautiful...
My buff cochin Mia. She died in Jan 09.

My white/frizzle cochin Pearl. She just hatched out babys for her first time!
They are White leghorn and Buff cochin! Only 2 got fether feet! lol
<<<<<<<<<< See avatar! That's Goldie Hen, a bantam. I have several chicks in the brooder that are RIR, Orp or EE, the dad of all is a gorgeous Partridge Cochin who owns Bec, here on BYC. Here's a thread with pics of him-
He's on the first page, along with the DBH's. The chicks all have feathery legs, and the EE's have fluffy cheeks.
And to everyone who posted before me? Wow, beautiful birds!
