You put about a Tbsp of seeds in, soak in water, drain and then rinse and drain a couple times a day until they sprout. Kitchen counter is fine. I use one of those net bags from oranges to hold the jar while I spin it around a bit. The centrifugal force helps get as much water as possible out after rinsing.

The jar is upside down and the lid has legs so it's able to drain even more. The center of the lid is a wire mesh like a sieve.

Made some pork chops. Seared in the skillet; then added a little butter, garlic, honey and chicken broth, reduced a bit, put the chops back in and then under the broiler for a few minutes. Pretty good
