Bbq vegan cauliflower chik'n poppers

Brining a yard bird we did last Sunday. This one never went in the freezer and is dinner tomorrow night. Waiting for brine and bird to be closer to the same temp.

Brine:
1/3 c plus 2 T each salt and sugar
Roughly:
1 T celery flakes
1 1/2 t onion pwd
1 t garlic pwd
Crushed red pepper
I only measured the salt and sugar. Will rub with butter and Pilleteris Greek seasoning before roasting.
