Hello everyone!
I have 5 different D'Anvers cockerels, about 8 weeks old, all different colourings! They're quite sweet, and i purchased them straight-run from a exotic bird breeder, who's D'Anvers stock is wonderful quality. There are two Quail ones, a Black, a very pretty Silver Quail, and a charming little one who is a curious dark grey (almost like a darker version of Self Blue?)
The Silver Quail boy is the one i need to find a place for the soonest, as his crow is fullbodied now and is becoming apparent to the neighbors, followed by the beautiful Black one, who is quickly reaching the same point, but if anyone is interested in the other three, they're up for grabs!
I'm asking $10 each, just for good homing and their feed cost.
They are also VERY petite, and would do best in a bantam flock, although they've been raised alongside turkey poults, so they're used to bigger birds.
They're beautiful, well-behaved little fellows, and would make a lovely addition to any bantam flock. Pictures are of the silver quail boy, but if anyone's interested i can take pics of the other 4!
