Shrimp sauce like Japaneese resturant?

Cant seem to find a shrimp sauce recipe thats as good as what they serve in the japaneese steak houses,,, I know it exists-anybody have one?

Which type of sauce? We LOVE the Yum Yum sauce from a Japanese Rest. called ShoGun. It is mayo based. I have it down pretty close if you want it. It is pale orange color. HenZ
