Si there a peafowl breeder in Washington state?

Is there someone who breeds un WA state? I have family that is coming to México next month from Washington. I would like to know if there is a breeder in that state who has peafowl for sale. Also would like to ask if it's legal to bring peafowl in an airplane, and what papers do i need to do that.

All of the birds I sell that go to Mexico are taken across the border in vehicles. Birds can go to Mexico but can not be brought into the US. The PO will not take them across so we have to either ship them to a border town for pickup or the buyer comes here to get them. I have no experience with airlines.
