Oh my goodness, back in April I got two Sicilian buttercup pullets, and can I just say, they may be my new favourite breed. They are so sweet, totally fine with being picked up and cuddled. When we had outside play, or now when I visit them in the coop, they ALWAYS fly up to be on my shoulder or head. Not to mention they are such pretty birds!
I’ve noticed for a while now, but it’s becoming more prominent - Betty has little alfalfa head feathers!
