sick 2 week old chicks

baby chicks are sneezing stickey eyes panting. One became sick seems to be spreading. Put them on medicated food. Shoul they be put on an antibiotic. Any ideas. 2weeks old

I can't help you out on the other stuff, but with the panting, are they too hot? Are they huddled together or spread out in the brooder? They may be already giving antibiotics if your chick starter has it and lots do. So check on that.
How's the poo?

Check the temperature and make sure you do not have too warm )and that you have area enough for the chicks to move away from the heat if too warm).
Medicated chick starter has no antibiotics, but is medicated for coccidiosis .
If you ordered these chicks from a hatchery were they vaccinated for anything?
