Sick 2 year old Black Sex Link

My black sex link chicken has been healthy for all her life. She's had no health issues, besides being overweight, and out of the blue she refuses to eat (but will constantly drink) and walks very little. She just lays around or trudges around a little area. I've examined her and from what I know she looks fine. What could be wrong?
