Sick 3 yr old chicken

Sick chicken...droopy comb, eyes barely open or not at all...runny poop and some green...pecks around in yard and then lays for a while. Not much energy!

Consider worming her with valbazen liquid cattle/sheep wormer. Dosage is 1/2cc given orally undiluted, then redose her again in 10 days.
Also inspect her for lice/mites, especially around the vent area.
