Sick 6 week old barred Rock

Two days ago I found him laying in the outdoor pen. I thought he was dead. I brought him inside. He wouldn’t eat or drink. His feathers were all puffed up. I did a little research. I think he has coccidia. I ordered Covin on Amazon but it won’t be here until Saturday. I have given it’s normal food mixed with water every couple hours. Today is day 3. He is eating a little better. But still lethargic. Is there anything else I can do until the medicine arrives? Also poop is more solid today but still a little green.
