Sick baby chick

Hello!

My husband and I have received our shipment of 15 baby chicks from a hatchery. One was doa but the rest seemed fine. Now a second one has gone limp. She gives feeble peeps every once in a while and swallow tiny amount of water. She was fine yesterday. They are about 4-5 days old at this point. Is there anything I can do to save her? Her vent isn't blocked and she isn't cold....

Could she be too hot?
Hold a spoon of water up to her beak to make sure she is drinking.
Have any electrolytes on hand?

My original thought was too hot, so I moved her away from the heat lamp but still in the brooder with no change, she stopped drinking in her own earlier and I don't want to force her to drink

I'm sorry, but if she doesn't drink she will pass.
