If you have a vaporizer, set her up with it. It will help her to breathe better.

If you have no vaporizer, take her in her crate and let her join the family members as they shower and bathe tonight. Close her in with the door closed to keep the steam in as long as possible.

Keep her warm. If you have some honey, mix with some warm water, put a drop on the side of her beak, see if you can get some liquid in her. If you have gatorade, it will do trying to keep her hydrated.
