Sick bantam rooster- wont eat

I have a sick banty rooster who won't eat or drink. I am having trouble identifying the source if the problem. He has no nasal discharge and is not sneezing. He is VERY weak and all he wants to do is sleep all day. I have him separated from the rest of the flock and have him in his own "hospital" indoors. I've been giving him antibiotics and vitamins and tried giving him yogurt and eggs. He will only eat a little but keeps trying. His wings are also hanging down and his poop is green? Can anyone identify what this could be? I'm afraid that my banty rooster is slowly dying and I can't do anything to help. Please help.

Could be coccidiosis. Green poop can also be worms....
