Sick barred rock

She's about 10-12 weeks. Lethargic, holds a talon closed, wobbles when standing up. Just sits and sleeps on floor with a faint constant "peep" also unusually tame. Eyes look ok I don't think it's mareks
Anybody know?

First things first, isolate her. Put her in a cage away from your flock. If she has something contagious, you don't want the other hens getting it. Give her plenty of food and water. Try putting electrolytes in her water. Does it seem like she's in pain?

Nope. No pain. Both her talons are drawn up.
