Sick bird

Hello all and Help. I found one of my 4 month old chickens standing in the pen holdong her head down. I moved her and it acted unstable. I separated her. She laid down with her neck stretched out on the ground. That was 4 hours ago. She has been unchanged except to raise her head when I call to her. Any ideas?

Hello and Welcome To BYC! You might want to post in the Emergencies forum about your chicken https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/10/emergencies-diseases-injuries-and-cures With some more info... The rest of the flock is OK? Can she move / standup etc? Has she been acting normally until today, is she in good weight etc? Has she been laying eggs?
