sick chick 8 weeks old

stays in coop is alot smaller then the rest,did'nt notice because this has only went on for a week or so.
should I isolate this bird before the rest become ill?

Can you give us more information? There used to be a form to fill out for diseases and such. It was located at the top of the forum topic. More information would be a great help.
