I have a one week old astrlop chick who hasn't grown at all compared to its sibling and hangs her head like she can't lift it up, then on occasion she twists it so far under her where it's sideways and on the ground then starts flapping all over then goes back to holding it low. She barely eats or drinks at all. I've given electrolytes and probiotics. Any suggestions please I've never had chicks before.

Welcome to BYC. She may have wry neck, also called torticolis, crook neck, or encephalomalcia, which can be due to a vitamin E and selenium deficiency. Are there vitamins in the electrolyte solution you are using? Poultry Nutri-drench is a tonic that contains vitamins, electrolytes, selenium, and amino acids. Selenium is found in eggs, and you can give a bit each day with another vitamin. Helping her to drink and eat are very important. Not all chicks survive this unfortunately, but some do.
