sick chicken

I have a chicken that is very lethargic moving very slowly and having trouble keeping her eyes open she has a little runny poop but her vent is open she has yet to lay her first egg any tips would be very helpful I'm really worried about her

I found that if you mix vinegar with the water it sometimes helps. 1 Tbs to a gallon.
