Sick Chicken

I noticed last night she was lethargic, distancing herself from the others, really not moving around much. it's been chilly so I picked her up and she was really cold. we put the heat lamp on in the coop but she wouldn't stay under it. so we brought her inside and set her up under a heat lamp. she's not doing much, slumped over, laying her head down. they were born 3/22/17 so about 7 weeks, she is much smaller than the others, I put the electrolytes in her water. and in the other chickens water outside. I hope she makes it through the day, no one is home. Any suggestions would be helpful please. I am very worried about her. and this is all new to me.

I'm sorry to see you didn't get any replies. You must have posted just as the forum was undergoing a transfer to this new format and it was out of action for several days. How is your chick doing? Did she make it?

Is it possible she got into a fight, and got her neck hurt...?
I've had that happen a few times.... and it takes about a week to recover..
giving them poly vi sol....
If so give her poly vi sol without iron.....
keep her by herself...
check her droppings....
Is she eating or drinking?
