Sick chicken

My chicken's crop is swollen whit loss of feathers, shes not eating or drinking also. If any one can help that would be amazing.

Have you checked to make sure crop empties overnight? Tried any treatments for impacted crop checked for any mites?

Is the crops hard and round or soft and doughy? Open her beak and check if it smells awful,not just usual bird breath, you'll notice. X2 pictures are greatly appeciated.
Featherloss could be from bullying

sorry for not replying for a while getting more info, but she seems to have a soft crop, but also she has not passed anything yet.

and actually she might not have featherless just the skin might be stretched.

That's what I was wondering if it was just stretched out , is there any smell coming out of her mouth?

Please do post pics. Stretched does not sound good, if it's a crop issue her life could be on the line
