sick chicken

Hi everyone

i have a sick chicken, this is the first ever, there are no vets available. she has been sick for alittle over a week. She has yellow diarrhea, standing in one place, eyes closed, and last night her nose was running. i have been hand feeding her water and food. If i dont feed her she wont eat or drink.
Any suggestions?

Some questions they will probably ask:

How old is she?
Do you have other chickens?
What do you feed her?
Can you take and post pictures of her and her poop? This will help people figure out what is wrong.
