Sick chicken!

Help! I came out yesterday to find one of my girls sick and lethargic not eating and every step she would take she looked weak and would fall over. Everywhere I posted they said egg bound. I have her a bath electrolytes yolk and returned her back out after she did nothing inside. Today she’s eating and walking, still tipping a bit but not like yesterday. An egg was left that I think is hers but it only has a calcium deposit, it’s not odd shaped. Could it be something else??

the chances are she is egg bound, Which i have litterely no experince with. probably she will be ok. did anything come out after her bath?

Is she pooping? Is it normal, or not?
I would give her a 1/2 a B complex tablet or capsule (human ones), mixed in a bit of moistened feed once daily.
If she's pooping, then not egg bound. You can also insert a gloved, lubed finger into the vent 1 -2 inches, see if you feel an egg.
How old is she, how many birds in how much space, is she low in the pecking order?
