sick chicken

Hi there, I'm new. My favourite chicken is very poorly, I have just isolated her. She has a dirty vent area and is very quiet and almost floppy. I can hold her in one hand she is so still. Can't see mites etc. but not exactly sure what I should be looking for. Please help!

How old is she, have you tried to clean her vent? What kind of chicken is she?

Now I'm going to sound so dumb, I don't know! She is white. . .haven't tried cleaning, do I just use warm water? Can you tell I'm new to this?? Thanks for replying.
