. Sick Chicken

I have a Hen that was broody so I separated her from the rest in a separate pen. After about 2-3 days I noticed she was very lathargic. We let her out of her pen but would not move. Now she can not hold her head up and seems very weak. She will drink if I help her and hold her head up. She has been like this for 24 hours. anybody got any ideas of what it might be.

I need to know if it is somthing contageous to the rest of the flock.

Does any body have any idea on what this might be as the chicken is still fighting. I ffel so sorry for her as I have to hold her up to the waterer so she can drink. Can't get her to eat though.
