They only problem is I can’t get antibiotics as it needs a vet and I can’t get to see a vet as none are taking on new clients

There are sites you can go to. I have, but it takes 2 weeks from China I think.

If they are gaping, it's tapeworm and needs flubenvet wormer. If it's gurgling breathing, it sounds like respiratory and needs Tylan antibiotic in water.

I'm pretty sure that gaping the mouth is not caused by tapeworm...

Oh really I didn’t no that !! I did order some thing off eBay called enrofloxin have you used that ?
It says it’s the equal to baytril ?
could you give me a site I could look at please

What dosage would you say the tablet packet says 15 mg but doesn’t really state dosage says 4.5/15mg/kg b.w. on the leaflet for dosage

Oh! Somehow I was not seeing those posts.
OP needs to at least provide clear photos of the product and instruction sheet they have. Sounds like they have tablets(?) So...not sure what they have.

Yes it’s Enrofloxacin tablets I was just confused as to dosage for the chicken here’s the instruction sheet

Looks like according to your sheet, dosage is 10mg/kg.
