sick chickens

I don't know what to do. I have two sick chickens. One rooster and one hen, they both have a runny nose, sound congested, have watery eyes, and diarrhea. I went to Orschelen and bought Tetracycline and Electrolytes to put in their water and have alternated that. It hasn't help. Does anyone have any suggestions.
