Sick/ frail hen

My 5 yr old Brahma has been losing weight, not acting as virbrant as she once did. This morning she was weak and had poop stuck in her feathers and on her bottom. I have given her 2 epsom salt soaks and clean her very good. She is warm and in the house, eating a little and drinking some sugar water. She has regained some strength, but not sure what’s going on with her. No one else in flock has health concerns. Any suggestions?

Does she lay eggs? When was the last one?
Any bloat/swelling or fluid in the abdomen?
Crop empty in the morning?
Have you checked for lice/mites?
Ever been wormed? If so, when and with what?

I have checked for lice/mites, nothing. Not positive that she’s still laying. Her belly feels squishy, she feels very boney. Her crop felt empty this morning. I have always used ACV for preventative.
