I got this girl back about 3 weeks ago.
    she about 23 weeks

she started show signs of illness about 2 days after i brought her home, with respiratory, and she had mites or something really bad, they were little brown guys crawling all over her, she had no color in her comb or face, that has all come back now. so i got that all under control,
now yesterday i was checking her out, and felt a big lump on her chest, it about the size of a large lemon
What could it be i looked in all my books and couldn't fined anything.

Are you sure it's a problem? When my chickens are full, their crops are about the size of a lemon. In the morning it should go down in size. If it doesn't, then you may have a problem.

It's nice that you have brought the chicken back to health.
