sick hen and swollen rooster face

im more concerned about the hen because she’s not active. the rooster is still active, just has had a lump on his face for the past couple days. he’s acting as normal. but the hen isnt moving, and the way shes standing almost looks like a tom’s strut. shes very lethargic and isnt eating much. she also has diarrhea. please help?

(i also felt her crop and if felt normal, except a little empty.)

it’s kinda hard to see so i’ll try and explain it-
basically, its like the right side of his face is swollen, but only right after the corner of his beak. it doesnt affect his eye- it stops just below it.
i would try to see what the inside looks like, but he is very fast and stealthy and doesnt like being caught.

The hens wings are drooping which could be a sign of dehydration or other problems. Has she been drinking water or eating? How hot is the temperature there? How old is she and does she lay eggs?

Can you look inside the rooster’s beak tonight when he is on the roost by shining a light, and looking for yellow material or canker? Note if there is an odor.

ok so the hen was egg bound- she looked like she was gonna poop but didnt, then a couple minutes later layed a membrane only egg (then ate it, bc thats what she does) and now she’s back to herself.
