Sick Hen

This hen is 18 months old. We got her along with some others -they were in very rough conditions. They had no access to outside. I think the room they were in had a major ammonia buildup. It doesn't seem like they had proper nutrition either. We've already lost one, but the other 19 seem fine. The one we lost had no feathers left - we found her in the run a few days ago.

This one is wheezing when I try to touch her, humped up, and doesn't like to move. She did eat last night and tries some water if I put it up to her.

Any suggestions?

She's really perked up! I might put her back with the others soon.

Update! This hen is just physically like this! She is healthy and lays eggs...but she seems to almost have a spine injury? She twitches her head around a lot and doesn't get around well. She's always hunched and never straightens out... She also has her head turned to one side constantly.
