sick hen

I have a hen who is injured or sick. Just noticed this today. She will lay down with a wing out. I did see her fly into the run. She keeps her head down and will close here eyes standing up. Can someone help?

Can you post some photos of your hen?
How old is she?

Is she able to walk, eat/drink on her own?
What do you feed?

You may need to take her aside and she if she will drink for you. If she flew into the run, she may have stunned herself and needs some time to recover.

she does eat and drink. She is active but seems different from when we first got her. I'll keep and eye on her. Thanks for the reply.
