I have a buff orpington hen. Recently I picked her up to check her for lice and I noticed a nasty yellow crust built up around her vent. It reeks so bad that even after you set her down you can still smell it. I thought maybe it was a yeast infection but it doesn't seem like one, Does anyone have any idea what this could be?
