7, 2-3 day old hatchlings, 6 doing great and already running around with their mum. One has a swollen red bottom (see photo attached) and is very weak. Mum had abandoned it. I've taken it in and am keeping it warm. I'm out in the sticks in Malawi so no access to meds. I've given the sick duckling a mixture of honey and garlic in water from a pippet. Seems to be doing a little better but still with the swollen red bottom. Also twitching alot but I don't know whether that's a problem. Any help with this wee creature would be much appreciated, thanks

Try one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar to a gallon of water. Let the duckling swim in it. keep close eye though they can drown at a young age. If it's inflamed and bothersome the vinegar will help. Make sure the bedding is kept extra clean. The ammonia in their waste will disturb it worse.
